The staff at this hotel made all the difference during my stay, and I can’t thank them enough. I was critically ill, rushed by ambulance three times due to severe acute dyspnea and bronchial asthma. I believe the golden sands from the Gobi Desert, which blew in just as I left Australia, carried allergens that triggered my attacks. I couldn’t even step outside without risking my life. It’s now day 22, and only three days ago my travel insurance finally approved my hospitalization. Until then, I was fighting for my life without the IV drips, treatments, or medical care I so desperately needed. This delay has caused further health complications. I've been xrayed, heart monitors, intravenius drugs and antibiotics, risk of diagetes, osteoporosis, had fevers, infections from being left so long to get travel insurance support, overdoses of steroids while trying to stay alive for 17 days in a makeshift hotel hospital, plus more. I won't be able to work for awhile, and it will take time to recover, and I'm a full time Australian teacher. Today is the first day I feel strong enough to write and know that I will make it home alive. I’ll be escorted back by a nurse in first class, lying down with oxygen, nebulizers, sedation, and IV drips. They'll reassess me in two days, and I hope to fly home within the week. AMAZING STAFF AT ALOFT OSAKA 🙏💕 The amazing staff at Osaka ALOFT kept me going. From the moment I arrived, they went out of their way to help. Roberto, seeing my hands shaking from the medications after my first ambulance trip, would bring me cereal and coffee when I couldn’t hold them myself. The reception staff booked ambulances, called hospitals, checked on me, and brought me whatever I needed. They were not just servicing me. They genuinely cared. Rajika, a lovely Sri Lankan woman, insisted on calling that first ambulance when I had my first attack. She saved my life that day and even gave me her phone number, calling me "sister.

We had a very good stay at this hotel. The staff was really friendly and helpful. The hotel is very stylish and ideally located, just a minute's walk from a lively street full of restaurants, and also only 10 minutes on foot from Osaka's central station and a minute from the subway. The room was spacious and beautifully arranged, truly like a little loft! It was really fantastic. However, there was one downside: we could hear a lot of street noise, which made my nights difficult. I think we should have requested a room on a higher floor or away from the street. Despite that, I highly recommend this hotel for its atmosphere and location.

Very pleasant stay with very decent sized rooms for Japan. Plenty of space for 2 people with all their luggage. Separate toilet and walk in shower with an external vanity. Individually controlled aircon works very well, which was nice compared to some other hotels which have centrally controlled ones which only did heating. The rooms were quiet, the gym was nice, and the location was good. Would happily stay again. They even have me a small gift of sweet treats when I mentioned it was my birthday the day flowing check in, as I forgot what the date was while signing for my room, and I said "I should know that, I get older tomorrow" 😂

Amazing decor and incredible vibe at this hotel. The loft room was brilliant and so spacious. The room desigh was so well layed out and thought out, the amenities within the room are above and beyond. Beds were extremely comfortable, good view and location. Train station 5min walk away and a family mart directly opposite hotel was handy. Staff were really friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Breaky was substantial with a big selection of foods, both western and Japanese, all really fresh. We loved the omlettes and noodles made to order. A perfect choice for 2 friends travelling together. Cannot fault this hotel A perfect stay!

The hotel is 14 minutes straight walk from the Osaka train station and it was easy just to push the suitcase down the street. Check in was pleasant and the hosts spoke English very well. The elevator is fast! Very minimal wait time. The key card only allow you to access the floor your room is and the 2nd floor where the gym is. The gym is very nice with new equipment. Bottled water is provided which is extra nice.
